Physie is a form of dance and exercise to music that teaches co-ordination, strength, flexibility and confidence. It is a unique Australian sport that is affordable, community based and lots of fun.
Balgowlah Physie Club is a part of BJP Physical Culture Association. We have been teaching Physie to girls and women of all ages in the Balgowlah area for nearly 60 years. Our club is one of the most successful clubs in the country, ranking in the top 5 clubs for the past 8 years.
Balgowlah Physie Club is a non-profit organisation and relies on support from the community and the dedication of teachers, parents and our volunteer committee, to ensure ongoing success.
All members 5 years and older must register themselves (or their child) with BJP. The Cost is $99 and this payment can only be made by credit card. Please register here 2024 BJP Member Registration.

Balgowlah Physie is proud to be a Service NSW Active Kids provider. If you wish to use your Active Kids Voucher towards your fees please send through the voucher to balgowlahphysie@gmail.com and the balance of fees must be paid to the club account.
